This Refund & Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for vehicle soft tops purchased through our store.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must:

Be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received.

Be returned in its original packaging (including all components, hardware, and instructions).

Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-returnable items:

Installed, used, or modified soft tops.

Custom or special-order items.

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
2. Proof of Purchase
A receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
3. Return Process

Contact our Customer Service team at contact@mokehoods.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Securely package the item, including all original parts and documentation.

Ship the item to the return address provided by our team.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Shipping charges (both original and return) are non-refundable unless the product is defective or shipped in error.
5. Exchanges

6. Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or develops a defect covered under warranty, please notify us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
